Thing you only need is Papaya ripe and Honey.
First you take a small bowl or Mug and put the papaya in to it.then mash the papaya until you make it paste.Add one table spoon Honey and mix it well
Apply the mask beginning with the neck. Work from the outside of the face inward. You want your cheeks to be the last thing that you cover especially if you're sensitive in that area.Let the mask sit 4-8 minutes. A tingly sensation means you want to take the mask off as soon as possible.Begin by removing the mask first from your cheeks working in the opposite direction you applied the mask.

Ebola Virus Disease (EVD)

What is Ebola Virus Disease?
Ebola virus disease is a disease of human caused by Ebola Virus.It is a deadly disease causes severe bleeding and organ failure. Typically,vomiting diarrhea and rash follow along with decreased functioning of the liver and kidneys.
                                                    Ebola ,which first appeared in outbreaks in Sudan and Dr Congo in 1976 .There is no known specific treatment or vaccine.It has since killed more than 2000 people in part of Africa..
The Virus may be acquired up on contact with blood or bodily fluids of an infected animal and Spreading through the air has not been documented in the natural environment.Mostly fruit bats are believed to carry and spread the virus without being effected .Once a human effected the virus and it may spread between people,as well.Male survivors may be able to transmit the disease via semen for nearly two months.  

Symptoms:
The main symptoms are cholera, malaria and other viral hemorrhagic fevers.To confirm the diagnosis , blood samples should be tested for viral antibodies ,viral RNA ,or the virus itself.

Preventions:

  • Practice careful hygiene. Avoid contact with blood and body fluids.
  • Do not handle items that may have come in contact with an infected person’s blood or body fluids.
  • Avoid funeral or burial rituals that require handling the body of someone who has died from Ebola.
  • Avoid contact with bats and nonhuman primates or blood, fluids, and raw meat prepared from these animals.
  • Avoid hospitals where Ebola patients are being treated. The U.S. embassy or consulate is often able to provide advice on facilities.
  • After you return, monitor your health for 21 days and seek medical care immediately if you develop symptoms of Ebola
